We found other alcoholic ginger beers were pumped full of additives, sweeteners and flavours to create the 'ginger taste'. By only using a few premium ingredients, we've created an authentic taste without the need to add sweeteners, preservatives, colours, extracts, sulphites or artificial flavourings.

After tasting 50 gingers from around the world, our founder found the holy grail of ginger. We only use organic lemons from Spain and organic ginger from ...(you didn't really think we were going to tell you that easily, did you?). Becasue we use fresh ginger, Sunnyside contains Polyphenols.
