"For years, I felt like the 'odd one out' at the pub. As someone who lives gluten-free, my options were usually limited to a single cider or a sugary soda. I felt left out of the round, and even worse, I never truly knew what was in my glass.
When I started looking into the labels of mainstream drinks, I was shocked. Most were 'liquid labs'—bottles filled with synthetic flavourings, artificial sweeteners, preservatives, sulphites, and even foaming agents. It explained why I always felt rubbish the next day, even after just one.
I wanted a drink made with integrity. I wanted something I could be proud to order at the bar or share with friends at home, knowing exactly what was inside.
