Sunnyside Drinks Refund and Returns Policy 

 

Thanks for purchasing our products at www.sunnysidedrinks.co.uk. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to handle all returns and damages efficiently under the following terms:

 

General Refunds and Returns

 

Refunds and replacements can only be issued under the following conditions:

  • The products were purchased directly through www.sunnysidedrinks.co.uk.

  • The products remain unopened, unused, and in their original condition.

  • The return request is initiated, and the goods are shipped back (paid by the customer) within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.

 

Damage and Faulty Goods Policy (48-Hour Notification)

 

We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely. In the unfortunate event that your products arrive damaged or are faulty:

  • Mandatory Notification Period: The customer must notify Sunnyside Drinks of any damages, breakages, or faults within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Procedure: Notification must be sent via email to info@sunnysidedrinks.co.uk, including photographic evidence of the damaged goods and the external packaging.

  • Protection of Business: This strict 48-hour window is required to allow us to promptly investigate the matter, process an insurance claim with the delivery carrier, and organise a replacement order.

  • Failure to Comply: Failure to report damages within this 48-hour period will unfortunately void our ability to claim damages from the delivery company, and we will be unable to offer a replacement or refund for the damaged items.

Failed Delivery Attempts

 

If a delivery attempt fails due to customer-related issues (e.g., incorrect address provided, failure to collect from a depot, or refusal of delivery) and the items are subsequently returned to us:

  • We will contact the customer to arrange a resolution. The customer will be offered two options:

    1. Option A (Refund): A refund will be processed for the cost of the goods, minus the original shipping fee and any return fee incurred (if applicable). This deduction applies even if the original order qualified for "free shipping."

    2. Option B (Re-shipment): The order can be shipped again, provided the customer pays for the new shipping fees in full.

Shipping Fees and Return Responsibility

 

  • Original Shipping Costs: Shipping costs associated with the original order are non-refundable.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all associated shipping fees when returning an order.

  • Safe Return: The customer is responsible for ensuring the goods arrive safely back to our premises. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
