A Caribbean twist on the classic mule. Rich, warming spiced rum meets the zing of Sunnyside ginger beer and a fresh squeeze of lime. Bold, refreshing and full of island character.

Ingredients

• 50ml Caribbean Spiced rum
• 150ml Sunnyside Alcoholic Ginger Beer 
• 15ml fresh lime juice
• Ice cubes
• Lime wedge and fresh mint to garnish

Method: Fill a tall glass with ice. Add the spiced rum and freshly squeezed lime juice. Top with chilled Sunnyside ginger beer and stir gently. Garnish with a lime wedge and sprig of mint.
