Ingredients — serves 1

• 50ml spiced rum
• 75ml cloudy apple juice
• 10ml freshly squeezed lime juice
• 150ml Sunnyside Alcoholic Ginger Beer 
• Ice cubes
• 2 thin apple slices and a cinnamon stick to garnish

Method

1. Fill a tall highball glass with ice cubes.
2. Pour in the spiced rum, cloudy apple juice and fresh lime juice.
3. Top with chilled Sunnyside Alcoholic Ginger Beer.
4. Stir gently to combine without losing the fizz.
5. Garnish with fresh apple slices and a cinnamon stick.

Sunnyside tip: For extra autumn warmth, add a tiny pinch of ground cinnamon before stirring.
