Ingredients

• 40ml white rum
• 50ml pineapple juice
• 15ml fresh lime juice
• 120ml Sunnyside Alcoholic Ginger Beer 
• Ice cubes
• Pineapple wedge and mint to garnish

Method: Fill a tall glass with ice. Add the rum, pineapple juice and lime juice. Stir gently, then top with chilled Sunnyside ginger beer. Garnish with fresh pineapple and mint.
